The total area of the property on sale is broken down into fractions which are represented by a token on the exchange.

The total value of the property is divided by the number of tokens to attain a token price which is also the token sale price.

The token sale is opened to a large number of investors until total project sale is fully funded. Token holders earn from rental income.
